The legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Dealseal Advisory governing all services provided by us.
Please read carefully: By engaging Dealseal's services — whether via WhatsApp, email, phone, or this Website — you agree to these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Dealseal Advisory.
1. Parties to This Agreement
This agreement is between:
- Service Provider: Dealseal Advisory, operating at Delhi NCR, India. Contact: contact@getdealseal.com
- Client: Any individual or entity that engages Dealseal's services or accesses the Website
2. Description of Services
2A. Negotiation Service
Dealseal will review vendor quotes submitted by the Client, research market benchmarks, and communicate with the vendor on the Client's behalf via phone, WhatsApp, or email to attempt to reduce the quoted price or improve terms.
Critical disclaimer: Dealseal makes NO guarantee of any specific savings amount, percentage, or outcome. The vendor retains the absolute right to refuse negotiation. A vendor's refusal to negotiate is not a failure of service and does not entitle the Client to any compensation.
2B. Inspection Service
Dealseal will conduct a remote pre-purchase evaluation of a used item based on: photos and videos provided by or obtained from the seller, verbal/written responses from the seller to Dealseal's questions, publicly available records (RC, insurance, listing data), and market pricing data. Physical inspection can also be arranged upon Client request at mutually agreed additional charges.
Critical disclaimer: Dealseal cannot detect defects that are (a) not visible in the provided materials and naked eye, (b) deliberately concealed by the seller, or (c) detectable only through physical testing or specialist equipment. Our report represents our informed professional opinion at the time of assessment, not a guarantee of the item's condition.
3. Fees & Payment

All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay. Dealseal reserves the right to revise its fees with 7 days' notice to existing clients.
4. Refund Policy
Negotiation Service
Since fees are charged only upon successful savings, no refund scenario applies. If no savings are achieved, no fee is charged.
Inspection Service — Dealseal Guarantee
Our Promise: If Dealseal's inspection report fails to identify a material defect — meaning a structural, mechanical, or ownership-related issue that (a) existed at the time of inspection, (b) was reasonably discoverable through remote assessment, and (c) causes the Client verifiable financial loss — and the Client reports this to us within 30 calendar days of purchase, Dealseal will refund 100% of the inspection fee paid.
Refund will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- The Client purchased the item despite Dealseal recommending against it ("Walk Away" verdict)
- The defect arose after the date of purchase
- The defect was caused by the Client's use or mishandling post-purchase
- The seller deliberately misrepresented or concealed information that was not reasonably discoverable remotely
- The Client fails to report the issue within 30 days of purchase
- The Client did not follow through with the purchase (i.e., changed mind without financial loss)
- The alleged defect is a matter of personal preference, not an objective material fault
Refund claims must be submitted in writing to contact@getdealseal.com with supporting documentation (photos, repair estimates, seller communication). Dealseal will review and respond within 7 business days.
5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the vendor quote or purchase scenario
- Not share any information received from Dealseal (reports, research, negotiation transcripts) with vendors, sellers, or competitors
- Not use Dealseal's services for any fraudulent, misleading, or anti-competitive purpose
- Obtain Dealseal's written consent before sharing any Dealseal report publicly or commercially
- Pay all fees promptly as per the agreed payment schedule
Important: If a Client provides false or misleading information that causes Dealseal to expend time and resources, Dealseal reserves the right to charge a consultation fee of ₹500–₹2,000 at its discretion, even if the case was initiated as a success-fee engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Dealseal's total liability to any Client for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that Client to Dealseal for the specific service in question
- Dealseal shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress
- Dealseal shall not be liable for vendor decisions, seller misrepresentations, market fluctuations, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control
- Dealseal is not responsible for any transaction the Client chooses to complete or not complete following our service
7. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dealseal Advisory, its team members, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- The Client's breach of these Terms
- False or misleading information provided by the Client
- The Client's violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any transaction the Client enters into based on Dealseal's services
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. Dealseal will not share Client details, case specifics, or personal information with any third party except as required by law or with the Client's explicit consent. Anonymised case data may be used for testimonials, marketing, or service improvement with all identifying details removed.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Dealseal's services, the parties agree to the following process:
- Step 1 — Direct resolution: Contact Dealseal at contact@getdealseal.com. We will make every effort to resolve the dispute within 14 business days.
- Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before initiating legal proceedings.
- Step 3 — Legal proceedings: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India, under the laws of India.
Note: Consumer disputes may also be filed with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We fully comply with our obligations under this Act.
10. Termination
Dealseal reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any Client at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to cases of:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our team
- Fraudulent use of our services
- Non-payment of agreed fees
In case of termination by Dealseal without cause, fees paid for incomplete services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, and all other applicable statutes. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter as required by law:
- Case files and communication records: 3 years from case closure (for dispute resolution purposes)
- Payment records: 7 years (as required under Indian tax law)
- Website usage data: 12 months
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@getdealseal.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
5. Security Measures
Dealseal takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration:
- All payment processing via UPI and PCI-DSS compliant gateways (such as Razorpay) — we never store card or UPI credentials
- Communications conducted over encrypted channels (WhatsApp end-to-end encryption, HTTPS email)
- Case files stored on password-protected, access-controlled platforms
- Team members bound by confidentiality agreements
- Regular review of data handling practices
No system is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable precautions, Dealseal cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly as required under applicable law.

About the Negotiation Service
Do you guarantee savings?

No — and we will always be honest about this. We cannot control vendor decisions. What we guarantee is our best professional effort: thorough market research, a well-prepared negotiation brief, and skilled communication on your behalf. Our success rate is high, but vendors have the right to say no, and some quotes are genuinely fair. If we save you nothing, you pay nothing.
What categories can you negotiate?

Wedding vendors (catering, decor, photography, venue, DJ, florist), office events, house functions/parties, house rent and security deposit, used car & bike prices, home renovation and contractor quotes, interior designers, flat/house purchases, B2B procurement, and most service-based vendor quotes. If you're unsure, just WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
How do you calculate the savings fee?

Savings = the difference between the original quoted amount and the final agreed amount after our negotiation. Our fee is 20% of the first ₹10,000 saved, 15% on savings between ₹10,001–₹50,000, and 10% on anything above ₹50,000. Minimum fee is ₹500 per case. We will always share the full calculation transparently before invoicing.
Do you speak to the vendor directly?

Yes. With your permission, we communicate directly with the vendor on your behalf via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will inform the vendor that we are representing you as your advisor. We never pretend to be you. You are updated after every interaction.
What if the vendor refuses to negotiate at all?

It happens. Some vendors have fixed pricing policies. In this case, we will tell you honestly and immediately. No savings means no fee — you owe us nothing. We may also suggest alternative vendors if we believe you can get a better deal elsewhere.
How long does negotiation take?

Most negotiations are resolved in 1–3 vendor interactions, typically within 24–72 hours of us receiving your case. Complex cases (large wedding budgets, commercial contracts) may take 5–7 days. We keep you updated throughout.
About the Inspection Service
Is this a physical inspection?

Our inspection is conducted remotely. We analyse photos and videos of the item, ask the seller a structured set of expert questions via phone or WhatsApp, check available documents (RC book, insurance, service history for vehicles), and cross-reference with market data. Physical inspection is available if client requested based on mutually agreed additional charges.
What does the inspection report include?

Every report includes: a clear verdict (Proceed / Negotiate / Walk Away), seller interrogation log with all questions and answers, photo analysis flagging any visible concerns, document verification findings, fair market price benchmark for the item, a risk register categorised as High / Medium / Low, and specific negotiation levers if you decide to proceed.
What is your refund guarantee exactly?

If our report fails to identify a material defect that (a) existed at the time of inspection, (b) was reasonably discoverable remotely, and (c) causes you verifiable financial loss — and you report this to us within 30 days of purchase — we refund 100% of your inspection fee. The guarantee does not apply if you purchased despite a "Walk Away" recommendation, or if the defect arose after purchase, or if the seller deliberately concealed information that was not remotely detectable.
Do I get a report even if you say "Walk Away"?

Absolutely. You always receive the full report regardless of verdict. The Walk Away verdict is our strongest form of value — catching a bad deal before you pay for it. Many clients feel this is the most useful outcome of all.
Can you inspect items in other cities?

Yes. Because our inspection is remote, we can inspect items anywhere in India as long as the seller is cooperative and can share photos, videos, and respond to questions. Our core market is Delhi NCR but we regularly handle cases from across India.

Do you take commissions from vendors or sellers?

Never. Our only source of income is the fee paid by you, our client. We do not receive, and have a strict policy against accepting, any payment, gift, referral fee, or commission from any vendor, seller, or third party involved in your case. This is what makes us genuinely independent advocates for you.
Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We keep all client information, case details, and communications strictly confidential. We do not share your personal details with vendors beyond what is necessary to represent you. Case data used for testimonials or marketing is always anonymised unless you give us explicit permission to use your name.
What if I'm unhappy with the service?

Are you available outside Delhi NCR?

For inspections — yes, anywhere in India (we work remotely). For negotiations — yes, for most categories we can negotiate on your behalf regardless of your location. For in-person matters that require physical presence — currently we operate primarily in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.
